Delivery Timeframes
Most in-stock orders are delivered within 1–3 weeks, depending on product availability, scheduling, and delivery location. Special-order and custom items may require additional production and transit time.
Delivery Requirements
- An adult 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery.
- Ensure all hallways, doorways, stairwells, elevators, and rooms are accessible and free of obstructions.
- Customers are responsible for verifying that purchased furniture will fit through all entryways and into the intended room.
- Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing parts, or manufacturing defects, notify the delivery team and contact Customer Service within 48 hours. Photos may be required for warranty or service claims.
